Hard to say: It's difficult to say without more information. You may have "heat intolerance" which can be associated with hyperthyroidism, or there may be an underlying infection causing your body temperature to rise even more when out in the sun. I would see your Dr and get a detailed history and physical, possibly lab tests too, to determine why this is happening.
