Oral BCP's: Punctuality is necessary, and it is better with low dose oral contraceptives to take the active pills in the evening, to prevent sleep disturbances when the hormones are depleted in early AM. Keep the time taken within the hour of the previous day's active pill to prevent spotting or mild withdrawal bleeding.
