5yr old has constant right leg pain evryday in the morning. it hurts from the knee to the ankle. sometimes pain makes his stomachache. can it b cancer?

Rare but possible: Bone cancers are rare & usually occur in older kids. In medicine we never say never. There are many relatively simple & treatable causes of such pain to consider before going to that idea. A simple exam & some testing & possibly an X-ray would help sort this out.
