Clitoris has lost sensitivity due to rough oral sex and feels painful, also feel burning in vagina and need to pee. i do not feel tingling just numb.

Trauma: Trauma to the urethra may also have occurred which would cause urinary symptoms. Associated urinary burning would make a urinary tract infection more likely. A clean catch urine culture and colony count is needed to diagnose a UTI which would need treatment. Vaginal and clitoral trauma will eventually heal with avoidance of rough technique. A vaginal discharge would indicate possible infection.
