Fertility issues ?: With a normal motile sperm count, and diagnostic laparoscopy, the next step would be to ask your gyn physician about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG), a simple x-ray taken of x-ray opague sterile liquid injected into your womb to make sure the tubes are open (the most common cause of infertility, statistically). An HSG can also open tubes which were blocked.
