Difficult Dx: Migraine nausea & vomiting that sometimes results, is thought to be brought about both the nervous system and the stomach itself.Studies indicate that between 60 and 95% of people with Migraine experience migraine nausea, and about 50-60% with vomiting, part of the problem is dev. of Gastric stasis. Abdominal Migraine is typically seen in children and can present with or without head pain.
