C/S ?'s: A C/S usually is performed with wide spectrum antibiotics to diminish the chances of abdominal infection after the procedure. Sometimes the antibiotic may not cover every type of potential infection, and potentially "chills" with diarrhea can result. See your OB physician who performed the C/S for an exam to be certain.
