Paget's disease: of the bone can be diagnosed clinically by examination of the patient's head and long bones (lower legs), by Pathology by microscopic appearance of the bone itself or by Chemistry (Paget's disease causes certain blood abnormalities) Hope this is helpful! Symptoms can include bone pain and nerve symptoms in advanced cases. Dr Z
