Is spotting often accompanied by pain? i dont have pain, but i think i have spotting, its a different colour from my period, and i had my period.

Spotting--causes: are quite a lot. Infection, tumor (fibroids most commonly), change i hormonal level and even just ovulation can cause spotting. Most would not have pain and irregular menses or spotting is a strong reason for evaluation becuse it can indicate cance.
