Cancer fear: We all have cancer cells in our body that our immune system gets rid of as a natural process. Please see your doctor and if all is well consider seeing a clinical psychologist. You may have a health phobia. Peace and good health.

Healthful living: Rather than worrying about having cancer, you should focus on activities that would ward off cancer. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition advice visit: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Find a life coach: An obsession about one health issue is a problem most do not have the skill set to deal with. It can also be a subconscious cover up to unresolved emotional issues in your past. You need to find a life coach/therapist who can help you explore the origin of your obsession & teach you a skill set of ways to move past it. If you will do the work life can get better, but it takes time & effort.
