Left side pain: is it there when you press? Did the pain start after coughing? if so may be due to cough. or may be pleuradynia viral inflammation or mycoplasma of lungs, or rarely clot - more common if smoker or on BCP, .Would f/u/ today at urgent care, MD ( due to concern for clot)
