Be gentle: Unfortunately, nothing will change the size of your pores, but lots of things can make them more or less noticeable. Treating acne, and making skin dryer should help! Anything irritating, like hot water, or excessive scrubbing (or the benzoyl peroxide if it causes redness), could make it worse. Maybe a different treatment, like retinol, would work better for you.

MD skin program: Some doctor prescribed total skin care programs that use retinoids can improve overall skin appearance and even out spots/hyperpigmentation and can sometimes help pore size. The Obagi Nuderm skin care program did this; others do too. See a doc that has does aesthetic medicine as all or part of his practice.
