Retraining: If your add is moderate or severe, you can't manage it without medication. Behavior retraining is effective. It is about learning better skills in time management, using the calendar to track events and appointments, organize your tasks by priority, prevent procrastination by scheduling "soft" deadlines a day or two before the real deadline--techniques that should be tailored to your needs.
