Chest pain: If you note chest pain associated with a change in blood pressure or heart you should see a doctor. If the chest pain is worse with activity, is associated with upper back, arm, jaw, shoulder pain, or shortness of breath, nausea, sweating, lightheadedness then go to the emergency room. In general, most chest pain in most 30-year-old patients stems from the stomach or anxiety, not the heart.
