PID? Appendix?: There are several possible causes, sometimes quite serious. Appendicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, i.e. fallopian tube infection), diverticulitis, ruptured ovarian cyst, endometriosis, ectopic pregnancy, and more. PID is usually due to an STD, especially gonorrhea or chlamydia. You need to get medical care. Do it immediately if pain is severe or if any fever. Good luck!
