Hello, i have a constipation problem but ever since last week ive been having cramps and inflammation like pain around my waist and stomach similar to when im on my periods. my periods are only due to come first week of april. and ive got bad flue?

Cramps: If you have an urge for a bowel movement but can't move, work from below by inserting a glycerin rectal suppository or a dulcolax suppository,which is stronger. If not successful, insert a fleets enema. If not effective and cramping persists or worsens, you may be impacted and need evaluation and professional care.
