Joint pains : Patients usually improvements in most cases with physical therapy for neck, back, and shoulder pain. I called several patients who did not improve. After asking the right questions I found out their work and repetitive daily movements were like putting gasoline on fire then the physical therapy was like using a spray water bottle on the fire. See a doctor in person for proper evaluation.
