Hi, m diagnosed with sle nephritis, went to rheumi 3 weeks ago. experiencing groin pain, fatigue nausea and dizness+pins and needles. ( @1st thot it was anxiety attacks). groin pains are increasing. should i go c a nephrologist?

Call doctor: Definately let your Doctor know with any notable change in symptoms, get a referal from your Rheumatologist for a nephrologist

Yes, but: Given your symptoms, it sounds like you need to be seen sooner, urgent or ER woukd help you better for now, as it might be something other than nephritis, nephrologist would follow up on that later, wish you well and good luck
