VBAC ?: VBAC means "vaginal delivery after Cesarean Section" (C/S), so if you have had a C/S, a VBAC is certainly possible even with a history of pre-term delivery and "2 miscarriages". The VBAC should be discussed with your OB physician, and careful monitoring is required during labor.
