Plan B ?: Uterine ablations do not remove all viable endometrial tissue, but although unlikely, unless there is a contraindication (history of blood clots in veins, pulmonary emboli, etc), "Plan B" is probably unnecessary but if "unprotected sex 48 hours ago" is the occasion, it is too late for any benefit therefrom.
