Menorrhagia: There is no good answer for you on an online blind query. Hheavy menses (menorrhagia) is something that you will need to see your Gynecologist about in person. An exam and most likely and ultrasound will be the minimum and you may also need an endometrial biopsy. There are a host of reasons a woman's period can dysregulate and there's a process to go through before a solutions can be found.

Agree with Dr. L: In addition to seeing your gynecologist you should take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia for excessive blood loss.
