Why does diamox work so well for some people with pseudotumor cerebri and not at all for others (even at large doses like 4g!) ?

What asking: Not sure what you are asking.Not work for all others what???Are you talking about headaches? If so Pseudotumor cerebri is due to intracranial pressure and Diamox decreases that.Other headaches like migraines are a different mechanism such as dilation of blood vessels and also trigger of neurotransmitters such as serotonin etc.
