I would like to reduce my sugar

Don't need to eat it: People do not need to eat sugar. The resulting lack of dietary sugar does not harm the body. The body makes sugar from starches and other foods that people eat. It's fine to already have small amounts of sugar in our foods, making foods tasty and enjoyable. Beyond that, additional sugar is not needed.

In what way: Do you mean blood sugar (diabetic ) ? Do you mean sugar cravings ? If you are diabetic you need to sit down with your doc & a clinical dietitian to discuss how to manage your issues.
