Til it does: Hard to say.All it takes is one good time but could take 10 or more.So depends,plucking hairs prevent them from regrowing as you are taking it out by the root. The likelihood is that the hairs will grow back. ... If you don't, the follicle will produce more hair. Constantly plucking the hair from the follicle can eventually cause the follicle to be destroyed.
