Multiple possibiliti: Possible side affect of pain medication or anaesthesia,or may possibly surgical complication. Able to tolerate and keep liquids down? Any fever or other symptoms? Try to limit pain medication and take adequate liquids but if that doesn’t help,need to contact surgeon for further evaluation.
