Period stopped ?: If your periods have been regular (24-34 days apart), and this period was "expected", sometimes blood clots can temporarily block the canal to the vagina. If your period was "late", obtain a serum HCG test to be certain , and if positive, see your gyn physician for testing immediately, since pregnancies outside the uterus (ectopic) need rapid attention.
