HRT: Evorel? The average age of menopause is 51 (your age) after which the ovaries naturally stop producing Estrogen. Hormone replacement is indicated if you are at a high risk of osteoporosis or have severe symptoms of Estrogen deficiency (hot flashes, insomnia, mood swings, etc) that impact your quality of life. If you’re asymptotic you do not need HRT. Talk with your MD if you feel you need HRT.

Evorel 50: The evorel 50 patch is a for of hormone replacement therapy that provides. I assume that you already post hysterectomy with removal of the ovaries for you to be on evorel 50 patch. It is safe when used for the above purpose. Kindly see your doctor for further discussion
