Many possible causes: Infections start in bladder & ascend due to urinary reflux or bacteria able to pass thru bladder valve. Could be due to bladder full & not urinating after sex, bubble-bath +/or tub baths rather than showers, thongs +/or non-cotton underwear, not wiping front to back or keeping thighs together + trapping urine in vagina with voiding, chronic constipation, menopause.

See urologist: Urologists are specialists of the urinary tract, and can do an evaluation to see why you may be having this problem, and, more importantly, what can be done about them!
