See your OB: Belly pain in pregnancy is a difficult problem because it can be caused by so many sources. Because you are 7 weeks pregnant and have a history of multiple prior pregnancy losses, the chance this could be another miscarriage is high. You should establish care with your Obstetrician for this and have him/her do a quick ultrasound to look for viability and pregnancy location.
