If i sit every day with someone that exposes me to 3rd hand smoke (she smells heavily like smoke) will this harm my fetus in pregnancy?

Not good: With smoke exposed on clothes as opposed to air is not as bad but depends on the proximity and also the concentration. How harmful hard to tell but not as bad as 2nd hand but still not doing either you or baby any good.

No: You may be more sensitive to the odor because of the pregnancy but it will not have any effect on your baby.
