Unlikely: Most of the time, these are collections of natural body oils, secretions and epithelial (skin) cells all clumped up together in a ball-like structure that you're probably noticing. If the bumps become irregular in contour, continue increasing in size and/or become painful, get it checked out ASAP. Remember when in doubt, ask your OB/GYN to consider doing a biopsy.
