What would be the best thing to do against alergies?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

First and foremost: get examined and get allergy testing. Until seen, you can do 3 things: 1- nasal lavage with nasal saline ( NaSal) 2- antihistamine (I recommend Claritin, Benadryl or Zyrtec) followed by nasal cortisone ( Flonase, Nasonex or NasaCort)- until seen and evaluated.
