I got 4 internal and 10 external sutures on my hairline. its been 10 days and its still hurting but no discharge. should i wait longer? no pcp toask

Be evaluated: A visual inspection of the wound to see if it is healed enough to take out the stitches is helpful. Although this is somewhat a generalization, most sutures are removed at approximately the 2 week period because most repairs have attained approximately 95 percent of their tensile strength at that point.
