Radiograph Diagnosis: A diagnosis should not be made from a radio graphic image rather the image should either support or discredit the proposed diagnosis. The diagnosis should be made from initially obtaining a detailed history of symptoms and past medical history including lifestyle factors followed by a thorough examination. Then one or more diagnoses may be given. Lab tests and x-rays confirm the diagnosis
