Probably a virus: If you had your period less than a week ago you're not pregnant. You don't say how long you've had these symptoms but a virus affecting the GI tract is most likely though food poisoning could also cause most of your symptoms.If the blood on toilet paper is bright red probably due to hemorrhoids or fissure due to constipation. If you really have an abd. mass or are not feeling better soon see a Dr.
