Do men over age need to circumsized

No age limits but...: Circumcision is unnecessary if normal, adequate hygiene is done. Boys are born complete, finished, and perfectly fine (except for the few unlucky ones with birth defects). Circumcisions are done for religious and cultural reasons, but the procedure does permanently change the genitals, so people should think about it and talk about it before doing anything to their normal genitals.

Confusing post: Humans existed through thousands of generations before circumcision was either attempted or safe. The early procedure was thought to be a single lengthwise slit to prevent the foreskin from encircling the glans. It became a religious & cultural ritual. Today the procedure varies in use throughout the world. It was the most requested elective adult surgery during my years in the military.
