Have done colonyscope & gastroscope but still have stomach issues. feel bloated and pain sometime in my right ovaries and bloated. twitching in my tummy and battle to sleep sometimes ?

GI pain ?: With negative upper GI and colonoscopy, other possibilities for abdominal discomfort include lactose intolerance, and pelvic adhesions. Ask your physician about lactose intolerance which is easily treated, and to consider a pelvic ultrasound and if negative, a diagnostic laparoscopy to see about potential abdominal adhesions (scar tissue).
