I have been on the 3months injection and my last injection was january 2018. what can i use to get pregnant as it seems i am unable too.

Fertility ?: If the "injections" were "Depo-progesterone", the effects from these are now ended. If your periods are regular, and ovulation is detected (via an "ovulation kit") ask your gyn about a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) , which is a simple x-ray after instillation of sterile fluid into the tubes to detect blockage, a very common cause of infertility. Your partner should also be checked for viable sperm.
