Multiple causes: Migraines -throbbing HA tend to but not always run in Families.Bright light tends to make them worse and frequently with nausea.Cafeine tend to make headaches worse.Lack of sleep make worse as well as dehydration and alcohol.worrisone with headaches with trauma or fever.Tension headaches get worse as day proceed and like a band.sinus infections can also cause headaches.
