I have been having abdominal pain for close to 2 weeks. i went to the doctor 3 days ago. they prescribed me a stomach medication which has done nothing to help me. the past 3 days it has felt like a brick is in my stomach.

Abdominal pain: Given persistent pain for days I would recommend being seen. Although your physician tried to help, clearly its not helping. Get checked.

Need w/u: As per previous answer I strongly recommend you to see A GI specialist ASAP. Your symptoms are multiple, diffuse and non specific, more compatible with IBD, you need to be seen and get a prompt Dx and treatment.
