Water noise in my ear, but theres no water in it. been like this for 2 weeks at least.

Several possibilitie: Ther could actually be water-in the ear,some earwax-cerumen blocking the area or neaxt to eardrum or some other eustachian tube dysfunction as well as allergies/sinus infection/ear infection fluid.If does not get better see a doc.
