Other things: Talk to your doctor about the antibiotic propylaxis after sex.Also urinate prior to and promply after sex,drink plenty of water,clean the anal and genital areas prior to sex.in addition take the cranberry tablets to decrease UTI or drink cranberry.May need a culture or repeat UAs to determine what bacteria causing UTI and if this is just one failing to clear or multiple UTis
