Multiple causes: The right side of the abdomen could have multiple causes,musculoskeletal,gallbladder,stomach(ulcer or gastritis),pancreatitis,constipation,pneumonia,UTI,referred pain from somewhere else.It all depends on other symtoms and what brings on or relieves the pain.
