Give the influx of NEVER VACCINATED aliens and the vaccine hater crowd kids o the West coast specifically have a higher risk of whooping cough that anywhere else in the US. Much of the vaccine "bad" myths were/are subsidized by attorneys who hope for a financial windfall like the big tobacco settlements.
