Exam needed: Having one breast bigger than the other is often a normal variant, but blistering eruption must be evaluated by your physician or a dermatologist. Herpes infection comes to mind. In the absence of itching, an allergic reaction is unlikely. Herpes can be treated so get examined as soon as possible. For peace of mind have your physician or gynecologist examine your breasts also.
