Large differential: There are many possible explanations including irritation from bra or clothing, infection, mastitis, a glandular problem including hidradenitis suppurativa, hormonal changes , a pituitary tumor, or possibly lymphoma or breast cancer. Some of these possibilities are more likely than others at your age, but since symptoms have been for 6 months, you should see a doctor soon for full evaluation
