Pregnant?: Implantation bleeding can occur about 3-4 days after conception, and it is characteristically light. Ovulation bleeding would have occurred on or about the 15th or 16th, and at age 23 would have been in response to heavier estrogen produced when two eggs are maturing simultaneously, since the estrogen drop at ovulation is not as likely to produce bleeding with only one egg.
