Bleeding with pain: If pregnancy is possible, and your cycle is regular at 35 days apart, and the abdominal pain persists, see your gyn provider for an exam to determine the cause. Brown spotting may indicate (very) early pregnancy, so wait another week and get a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
