No: Short term exposure not likely to cause any harm. Causation of cancer is unclear at times, however, vulvar cancer is more likely related to HPV infections. Stop smoking if you do and get regular checkups to look for infections or abnormal lesions as best prevention. Consider HPV vaccine as well.
