Panty line itching: The first thing to do is to hand wash and thoroughly rinse your underwear as the elastic can retain any dried soap or soap powder which will react with perspiration when worn. #2, use cotton underwear which can absorb sweat. # 3, See a GYN MD if itching continues for a rash/infection that you can't see.
